Ethics
Bring It News publishes sports coverage designed to be accurate, digestible, and useful. These are the standards we hold that coverage to.
Independence
We do not accept payment to influence editorial coverage. Advertising and affiliate relationships do not determine what we cover or how we cover it. Sponsored content, when it exists, is labeled as such.
Sourcing standards
- We report from reputable outlets, official team and league releases, and other primary material.
- We prioritize multi-source confirmation for key claims.
- We separate established fact from interpretation and report conservatively when information is uncertain.
- Every article lists the reporting it relied on under Sources & Referenced Reporting.
Automation and AI transparency
Bring It News uses software automation to support research, drafting, and consistency checks. Automation output is input to editorial judgment and rules — not a claim of perfection. When an article has been individually reviewed by a named human editor, the article says so; when it has not, it makes no review claim.
Attribution and originality
We do not publish copy-pastes of other reporting. Our articles synthesize reported information, add context, and credit the sources they rely on. We do not reproduce stolen or paywalled content.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it. See Corrections for how corrections and developing-story updates are handled.
